Notes

Here are some top tips to help you succeed in making Strawberry Oreo Milkshake like a pro:
  1. Chill your drinking glasses immediately after drizzling them with strawberry syrup. This keeps the milkshake cooler for longer.
  2. Letting ice cream sit at room temperature for 10 minutes will help the milkshake blend easier.
  3. Avoid getting too vigorous with the blending.
  4. When blending, start with the lowest speed, then slowly work up to medium speed. Blend for 30 to 40 seconds.
  5. Add more milk or less milk to adjust the thickness of the shake.
  6. To add some crunch to the milkshake, add roughly smashed cookies at the end of the blending, then pulse a few times before pouring into the glasses.
  7. For a high-protein milkshake, add your favorite vanilla or strawberry protein powder and some extra milk of your choice to thin it out.
  8. For those extra special occasions, add 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite liqueur; we recommend De Kuyper Wild Strawberry Liqueur.
  9. Swap the vanilla ice cream for strawberry ice cream. This is an excellent treat for the kiddies.
