Let’s Talk Ingredients
We feel every ingredient adds to the overall taste and texture; if you remove one, it’s like you’ve removed them all.
- Whipping Cream โ use full-fat cream, sometimes called heavy whipping cream. We advise against using half-fat cream that can be bought in some countries because it doesnโt whip.
- Liqueur โ we love using Baileys Original because it adds a delicious flavor and sweetness, but you can use your favorite. Other liqueurs that can use are Kahlรบa, Grand Marnier, Amaretto, Creme de Violette, and Frangelico.
- Sugar โ we use powdered sugar, sometimes called icing sugar. It dissolves quicker and more evenly than caster sugar.

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.

- Alcohol: Replace it with an alcohol-free version or omit it completely.
