Notes

Here are some top tips to help you succeed in making a fruity turmeric smoothie like a pro:
  1. The only downside to consuming turmeric regularly is that you shouldn’t take too much and never take it alongside warfarin medications because it acts as a blood thinner. If you're concerned, don't hesitate to contact your healthcare advisor.
  2. When blending, start with the lowest speed, then slowly work up to medium speed. Blend for 30 to 40 seconds.
  3. Add more milk or less milk to adjust the thickness.
  4. Use fresh or even organic ingredients for a better taste.
  5. Banana: Consider silken tofu, kiwi, or cantaloupes.
  6. Mango: Pineapples and oranges are just as sweet as mango.
  7. Protein Powder: Use your favorite protein powder, such as whey powder, pea protein powder, rice protein powder, or any other. The vanilla flavor works best, but the chocolate flavor is equally good.
