Kitchen Tool Recommendations
It’s time to relax, have a good cup of coffee, take a break from using your achy arms, and let the kitchen tools handle the heavy workload. Starting with tried-and-true culinary tools will make your life much simpler. Although the kitchen industry constantly touts stylish, cutting-edge, and fun kitchen appliances, you don’t necessarily need to acquire everything these major tech companies offer. We only endorse tools that we’ve personally tried and tested.

Magimix Food Processor
We’ve owned the Magimix Food Processor 5200 XL for over 30 years, and it’s still going strong. It has BPA-free bowls, the motor is quiet, and it is built to last. We believe the 4200 XL is the better option, as it’s a middle-ground size to work with. All sizes offer an unbeatable 30-year motor and 3-year parts guarantee.

Bosch MaxoMixx Stick Blender
Bosch MaxoMixx Stick Blender provides consistent blending at the touch of a button, a powerful 1000-watt motor, a detachable mixing foot for quick and easy cleaning, 7-speed digital settings, extra-sharp QuattroBlade, anti-suction technology to avoid splashes, an extendable helix cord, extra turbo function.

Hamilton Beach Hand Mixer
We use this Hamilton Beach Hand Mixer for baking because it’s incredibly smooth, doesn’t flick ingredients, has seven digital speeds, is quiet and quick, and has beaters with protective covers to stop your bowls from being scratched; as such, they lower the noise level. It also has kneaders, a single whisk attachment, and storage.

Thermapen Meat Tester
Our favorite meat tester is Thermapen; it’s a superfast 3-second temperature reading, accurate to ±0.4 ºC (-49.9 to 299.9 ºC). Patented, rotating display with auto-intelligent backlighting and a battery-saving sensor. It uses biomaster antimicrobial technology to reduce cross-contamination while remaining waterproof.

Panasonic Breadmaker
We can’t fault this versatile Panasonic breadmaker. It’s a great machine and has never failed us in all the years we have owned it; the bread always turns out perfect. It has a handy raisin and nut dispenser, gluten-free programs, looks great in the kitchen, and and 30 automatic settings with a selection of pre-set recipe programs.

Mixing Bowl Set
We can’t fault this Mixing Bowl Set. We use them all the time, and yes, they’re extremely good quality. You get a 4-size set, which is great for any kitchen preparation. They are highly versatile and can be used for whisking, mixing, serving, and presentation. They’re also stackable and excellent for space-saving storage.

Springform Cake Pan
Versatile non-stick deep Springform Cake Pan, 22cm and 24cm wide and 10cm deep; most cake pans are 7cm high, which isn’t tall enough for larger cakes. The pan is heat-resistant with a maximum temperature of 230℃ /445℉. The pan is made with high-quality carbon steel and nonstick coating PFOA-free.

Fermenting Jar
A Fermenting Jar with an air-release vent is easy to use and comes in a pack of two. It’s easier to use than mason jars or large jars, which need a breathable cloth, a coffee filter, and a rubber band or string. It’s non-metallic; metal containers can react with the kefir and affect the taste or, at worst, kill off the kefir grains.
