Notes
Here are some top tips to help you succeed in making the best Biscoff Milkshake like a pro:
- Chill your drinking glasses immediately after drizzling them with Biscoff spread. This keeps the milkshake cooler for longer.
- Letting ice cream sit at room temperature for 10 minutes will help the milkshake blend easier.
- Avoid getting too vigorous with the blending if you prefer your cookies slightly chunky.
- When blending, start with the lowest speed, then slowly work up to medium speed. Blend for 30 to 40 seconds.
- Add more milk or less milk to adjust the thickness of the shake.
- To add some crunch to the milk, add roughly smashed cookies at the end of the blending, then pulse a few times before pouring into the glasses.
- Adding mini marshmallows or caramel popcorn, you can turn this Biscoff milkshake into something extraordinary.
- Try sauces like agave caramel nectar, agave nectar cinnamon, and agave chocolate sauce.
- Other great variations are Nutella spread or smooth peanut butter.
- Instead of Biscoff cookies, try crushing gingernut cookies or even these delightful homemade Biscoff Truffles.
- For a high-protein milkshake, add your favorite vanilla protein powder and some extra milk of your choice to thin it out.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite creamy liqueur for a real festive treat. We suggest Bailey's Original or Disaronno Velvet Amaretto White Cream Liqueur.
