Method
- Place everything in the loaf pan according to your bread machine manufacturer.
- Set your machine to basic, white, and medium. This is usually 4 hours.
- Certain bread machines have an optional alarm for adding seeds, while others have an automatic seed dispenser. If your machine lacks these features, you can manually add seeds to the dough by sprinkling them on top after the kneading process has finished. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for guidance.
- Once cooked, leave the pan inside the machine for about 10 minutes before removing it.
- Put it on a wire tray to cool for about another 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Here are some top tips to help you succeed in making the Keto Bread Loaf like a pro:
- To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to use a bread machine when making a keto bread loaf. However, you can still make it by hand if you do not have a bread machine. Please note that making bread by hand will be more time-consuming.
- For something different, set your bread machine on the dough setting to make bread buns or a pizza base.
- This keto bread loaf recipe suggests using rice oil. Olive oil was originally used, but it can produce denser bread. After conducting tests, we found that rice oil yields lighter and fluffier bread.
- When using yeast in your keto bread loaf, you should add a small amount of honey or sugar to assist with the rising process.
- For our Panasonic Breadmaker, we have found that using one teaspoon of yeast works well, as recommended by the manufacturer. However, if you use a different machine, it is important to check with the manufacturer for their specific recommendations, as they may differ.
- A great alternative to coconut flour is eight tablespoons of almond flour.
- Use any sugar other than sweeteners. If you use sweeteners the yeast will not ferment.
